Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with global R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Present visionary insights to board stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts or strategic frameworks
