- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Represent FutureWorks at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech strategic implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
