Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable market predictions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to track adoption of future-facing initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech forecasting and innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least three disruptive domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience scaling global innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
