Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies and market shifts affecting 2026-2030
- Develop and publish annual Future State Frameworks for AI, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design strategic scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio, AI, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
