Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology implications and societal impacts
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, biotech governance, and sustainable development goals
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
