- Author annual 'Future Horizons' reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across the organization
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation and strategic communication skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or MBA
