Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analysis for board-level decision-making

- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
