- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging technologies for strategic investments
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar institution) preferred
