Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Architect strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adapting to 2026 realities
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual budgets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-level executives on transformational strategy
