Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead foresight workshops with executive teams to align on future priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex futures
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
