- Build and maintain a future-focused ecosystem of industry pioneers and academic partners
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports with quantitative risk/reward assessments
- Drive organizational adoption of agile strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping work
