This role blends analytical rigor with creative foresight to shape our innovation agenda across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems.
What You'll Achieve: Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies; develop scenario-based strategic frameworks; establish partnerships with leading research institutions; and present actionable insights to C-suite executives. You'll be the architect of our 2026+ vision.
Responsibilities
- Forecast market and technology trends through 2030 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives across global innovation ecosystems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, VCs, and academic thought leaders
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
