Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive risks and opportunities for global enterprise clients
- Create data-driven future-state models using predictive analytics and trend forecasting methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups through compelling visual narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and societal transformation
- Oversee innovation pipeline development for next-generation product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or trend reports
