Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Monitor global disruptors (quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) and assess business implications
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACFS, WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or behavioral economics
- Experience consulting with Fortune 500 clients on innovation roadmaps
