Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovations
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on industry evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic investment
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-critical solutions
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
