Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms post-2025
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential futures and systemic risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership on Web4.0, neuro-interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in simulated future environments
- Build global networks with futurists, academics, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or emerging tech with documented future-shaping impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- Portfolio of published future-vision frameworks or trend analysis (2019-2023)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts and black swan events
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or MFIA)
