Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends and technological disruptions to map 5-10 year strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for organizational adaptation to 2026+ market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and trend reports positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a thought leader
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Advantage: Build partnerships with academic institutions and futurist think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis impacting business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
