Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports with data-driven risk/opportunity assessments
- Design innovation pilots for emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Build AI-powered trend forecasting models using proprietary data platforms
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in futures methodologies: Delphi studies, STEEP analysis, and backcasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, or Technology Management
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, blockchain, biotech, and clean energy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
