Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-cultural shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic foresight projects
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
