- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent expertise in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight
- 5+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on long-term innovation roadmaps

- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools

- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year foresight implementations
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling teams from 0 to 100 in emerging technology domains
