Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments with strategic implications
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic adaptation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating futures-thinking projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
