- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market gaps
- Establish KPIs measuring strategic adaptation to future-proof organizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology evolution
