Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum adoption, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with long-term horizon opportunities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex scenarios into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
