Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in top industry publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting

- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
