Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional facilitation skills for cross-disciplinary stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
