Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human-tech symbiosis
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' innovation summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published work on emerging technology impact (patents, white papers, or TED talks)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented future-oriented initiatives
