Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in emerging domains
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects or published trend analyses
