Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and market trends
- Analyze global macroeconomic shifts, demographic patterns, and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry evolution and identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce actionable insights through scenario planning and trend forecasting models
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
