Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and external futurists
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in top-tier industry journals
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for sustainable cities and human augmentation
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship Program
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key investors
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or policy development
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, nanotechnology, climate adaptation tech
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Track record advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
