Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and R&D prioritization
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and industry white papers
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
