Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop forward-looking strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability and integration opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into profitable business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (e.g., MIT Sloan, HBR)
- Global mindset with experience across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
