Responsibilities

- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investor communications
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with transformational potential for our industry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Develop scenario planning models to mitigate risks and capitalize on future opportunities
- Represent the company at international futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend analysis
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Portfolio of published futurism research or thought leadership articles
