Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges (e.g., climate resilience, neural interfaces)
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports identifying 200+ emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University) and government innovation units
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI symbiosis and ethical autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
