Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies, market trends, and global megatrends impacting 2026 horizons
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for innovation portfolio expansion and market leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate future scenarios and actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align initiatives with 2026 vision
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, VCs, and academic institutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging risks and opportunities across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or C-suite advisory roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
