- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using design-thinking methodologies
- Produce trend reports and white papers for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Identify and evaluate emerging partnerships and investment opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
