Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging product/service ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and scenario planning
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
