Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish proprietary early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and executive briefings
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic signals impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors for intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published work in foresight journals or influential industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP, CSO) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
