Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused corporate strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
