As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to develop actionable frameworks for 2026 and beyond. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future visions into innovation pipelines
- Monitor horizon scanning systems and validate emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and data visualization platforms
