Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating breakthrough technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision and prototype future scenarios
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track trajectory against future-state benchmarks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic frameworks
