Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to map 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven recommendations
- Identify emerging technologies requiring strategic investment or partnerships
- Advose on organizational adaptation to future workforce and consumer shifts
- Represent the company at industry foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
