- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advocate ethical frameworks for technological adoption
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and trend impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio published in industry journals or conferences
