- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Analyze global geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptions
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 2026 viability
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTLE)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
