Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (nanotech, biotech, Web4.0) to identify 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate-mitigation technologies and ethical AI adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author quarterly 'FutureState Briefs' for executive stakeholders and industry publications
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and quantitative trend forecasting
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and AI trend analysis platforms
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
