Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, societal, and market shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion using trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for future disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present future insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Mentor a team of foresight analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills (Python, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
