As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, sustainability, and human-machine interfaces. Your insights will directly shape our product development, investment strategy, and market expansion initiatives through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and societal shifts to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantifiable milestones and risk assessments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Author visionary thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation pipelines
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory evolutions across high-growth sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused methodologies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and disruption preparedness
- Published work or speaking engagements on future-of-work or technology ethics preferred
