- Curate exclusive executive briefings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Manage $15M annual innovation portfolio with 35% YoY growth targets
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendHunter, Gartner)
- Track record of incubating ventures achieving $100M+ valuations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global client engagement
