Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready operational models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for investor presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advocate ethical innovation practices while balancing disruption and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for C-suite audiences
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend forecasts with measurable impact
