Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ scenario models using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks across 12 industry verticals
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with quantitative trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations
