Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems and business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future realities
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in top-tier industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and disruptors
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on long-term opportunity horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation in Fortune 500 companies
